Our Story

HI: We’re so glad you found us!

We’re not celebrities or fitness influencers. We’re not pushing a diet or chasing perfection. We’re three friends from three different generations who started meeting online, once a week, during the COVID pandemic, to check in on our health and wellness goals.

Eventually, we realized that the things we were saying to each other; the funny truths, the pep talks, and the venting were things many women might need to hear, too.

That’s how CiaoBellaTre was born: A place to wear the truth out loud, laugh through the tough moments, and remind yourself that you are worth it – whatever shape you are in.

At first, we kept it light. But week by week, the conversations got deeper and so much more honest. We started saying the things we normally kept to ourselves.  And something amazing happened: we realized we weren’t alone.  We weren’t broken. We just needed a safe space to say the real stuff out loud. So we made that space for each other. 

And now... we’re sharing it with you.

So, what’s with the name?

Ciao Bella means “Hello (or Goodbye), beautiful” in Italian.  It’s the phrase we say to each other at the end of every meeting, a little inside joke which turned into a weekly ritual.  One of us started saying it, and the rest of us picked it up because it just felt… right.  Warm. Kind. Loving. Sisterly.  Tre means “three,” because, well, there are three of us.

So: Ciao Bella Tre = Hello (or Goodbye) Beautiful Three.
Now that you’re here, you’re basically the fourth Bella. Welcome in.

Mission

We’re here to cheer on curvy women in every stage of the wellness journey whether you’re crushing your goals or just trying to drink more water this week.

We create apparel that mixes real talk + humor + heart.

We believe that health is a journey, not a jean size.
That you can love yourself and still want to grow.
And that there’s no such thing as “too late” to start again.

So if you’ve ever said, “I’ll start Monday,” or “I just want to feel okay with myself, as I am”, you’re in the right place.
