We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You can submit a return request directly in your online account. Please tell us what went wrong and send a picture or video. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. You can request a return directly through your online account.
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned and are a final sale, such as our graphic shirts, custom products (special orders or personalized items), sealed goods, promotional giveaways, and free gifts. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items over 20% OFF, clearance, final sale or gift cards.
1. Graphic Items:
Our graphic products are printed on demand, meaning all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color or simply changed your mind. Ciaobellatre will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if you ordered the wrong size or color. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery.
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the product. Email us @ info@ciaobellatre.com photos or videos of the damaged item to prove misprinted/damaged/defective. Please send us a video if the photo cannot prove the products are damaged.
- If a custom-printed item has flaws in the printing or material, please contact us at Info@ciaobellatre.com within 7 days of receiving the Merchandise. Email us a picture or video showing the issue, and we'll work with you on a solution that may involve a replacement order or a refund back to your original payment method.
2. Lost In Transit: We do not issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
- Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
- Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).
If you haven't registered an account on Ciaobellatre.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

ORDER CANCELATIONS
We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 12 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 12 hours of purchase that have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been processed and shipped.
INCORRECT SHIPMENT
If there’s an issue with your order -- if we sent the wrong item, size or wrong color, then email us within 15 days of delivery, and send us a picture or video, so we can make it right.
MISPRINTED/ DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 15 days of delivery if the item is misprinted, defective, or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returned by Customer - You must submit product return requests directly on your account before returning any products. If your return request is approved, then we will email shipping instructions.
