We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support, and we will do our best to help you out!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item were a gift to someone, they would also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you would like to start a return, you can contact us at infor@ciaobellatre.com. Please tell us what went wrong and send a picture. If your return is accepted,  we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. 

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned and are a final sale, such as our graphic shirts, custom products (special orders or personalized items), promotional giveaways, and free gifts. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items over 15% OFF, clearance, final sale or gift cards.

We do not issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address). If a custom-printed item has flaws in the printing or material, please contact us at Info@ciaobellatre.com within 7 days of receiving the Merchandise. Send us a picture showing the issue, and we'll work with you on a solution that may involve a replacement order or a refund back to your original payment method.

    2. Can I cancel my order?

We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 12 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 12 hours of purchase that have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been processed and shipped.   

3. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then notify us, and send us a picture, so we can make it right.
