We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support, and we will do our best to help you out!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item were a gift to someone, they would also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can submit a return request directly in your online accout. Please tell us what went wrong and send a picture or video. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. You can request a return directly through your online account.
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned and are a final sale, such as our graphic shirts, custom products (special orders or personalized items), sealed goods, promotional giveaways, and free gifts. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items over 20% OFF, clearance, final sale or gift cards.
We do not issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address). If a custom-printed item has flaws in the printing or material, please contact us at Info@ciaobellatre.com within 7 days of receiving the Merchandise. Send us a picture or video showing the issue, and we'll work with you on a solution that may involve a replacement order or a refund back to your original payment method.

2. Can I cancel my order?
We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 12 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 12 hours of purchase that have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been processed and shipped.
3. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if we sent the wrong item, size or wrong color, then email us within 15 days of delivery, and send us a picture or video, so we can make it right.
4. How will I be Refunded?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that lets you keep tabs on your product. Sometimes due to free shipping, tracking might not be available.

Item shows delivered, but you don't see it.
If your order tracks as delivered but is not received, please check around your mailbox, entrances, mailrooms, with household members and neighbors. USPS may also track a package as delivered 2-3 days before a package actually delivers.
It is possible that your tracking shows undeliverable as well - check the tracking provided in your shipping confirmation email from us or the Shop App.
Once you have done this and you still are missing your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues first:

Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.
